The difference

If you are reading this, you’re probably looking for a real estate agent – one skilled enough to bring you exceptional results, while also providing you with that wonderfully reassuring feeling that your best interests are being protected every step of the way. In other words, someone you can trust.

While I believe my clients would tell you that is why they use me again and again, choosing the right agent is too important a decision for you to make without our first meeting and getting to know each other. Until then, allow me to share a story:

A couple years ago, I had the privilege of listing a stunning view property in Beverly Hills. By carefully listening to the owners and making them feel understood, I earned their trust and we collaborated on a plan to sell the home in a way that best suited their needs. Thanks to smart pricing and some very creative marketing, we quickly received multiple offers, and I was able to negotiate a deal my clients were thrilled with. Throughout the transaction, I treated the buyer, who was represented by another agent, with the same honest respect I gave my sellers.

A problem arose when the buyer threatened to cancel unless he received a huge repair credit – a possibility I anticipated and had prepared my clients for. Using a back-up offer as leverage, I skillfully handled the situation and the property closed escrow on time without my sellers conceding a single dollar.

Years passed. Then recently, I received an unexpected phone call from the buyer who had purchased that big, beautiful home. He told me how angry he had been at the time about not getting the repair credit, but said that he never forgot how fiercely loyal I was to my clients. He explained that a job move required him to sell the property and, rather than use his previous agent or one of the many others he could choose from, he wanted me to be the one to list his home.

I look forward to the honor of doing the same for you.
