Nothing means more to me than helping people. Being of service to others. However, unless we have already met, there’s no real way for you to know what makes me different from other agents, and why you might want to work with me.
But perhaps a true story might help.
A couple of years ago, I had the privilege of listing a beautiful home in Beverly Hills. By carefully listening to the owners, really listening, I earned their trust, and we collaborated on a plan to sell the property in a way that best suited their needs. Thanks to smart pricing and unmatched marketing, we quickly received multiple offers, and I was able to negotiate a deal my clients were thrilled with. Throughout the transaction, I treated the buyer, who was represented by another agent, with the same honest respect I gave my sellers.
A problem arose when the buyer threatened to cancel unless he received a significant repair credit. Keeping my promise to protect my clients’ best interest no matter what, I successfully handled the situation, found a solution, and closed escrow without my sellers conceding a single dollar.
Years passed. Then just recently, I received an unexpected phone call from the buyer who had purchased the home. He told me how angry he had been at the time about losing the repair credit in negotiation but that he never forgot how fiercely loyal I was to my clients. He said he had decided to sell his property and wanted that same kind of representation. So rather than use his previous agent or any of the others he could choose from, he wanted me to be the one to list his home.
